真的非常開心台南有這麼多愛好老屋者,願意花比重建新房子還多的心力與財力,讓越來越多的老屋優雅變身,繼續在府城巷弄間展現風華。好友Linda和James夫妻也是老屋中毒者,繼前年精彩推出毛丼後,今年又將府東街上這棟幾乎廢棄的老屋打造成溫馨圓滿的毛房,並提供他們堅持的無負擔健康蔥柚鍋,主打肉質鮮美軟嫩的冷藏肉。
之前跑步經過時,就對這棟屋子的外觀與窗花留下印象,只是不知道裡面屋況如此糟糕。

Linda說屋主是一位80幾歲的退休教授,對這間起家厝感情深厚,當然不賣外,也擔心租人後屋子遭到破壞。是看過他們改造的毛丼,才放心將屋子交給他們。

老櫃子裡展示著日本職人手工打造的紅銅鍋,這是非賣品。不過只要在這裡用餐就能享用到這一卡好幾千元的夢幻鍋具,銅鍋的好處是加熱快速,還會釋放銅離子凸顯食材的鮮美。
