老黃跟姐姐點了綜合紅莓和接骨木花蘋果酒,接骨木花有很明顯的花果香,綜合紅莓剛喝好像感冒藥水,比較不合我們口味!兩種都甜而不膩,酒精濃度也低,佐餐很不錯。
我則點了炸去啃自製的冷泡茶--靜岡綠茶,氣味飄香,口感清新,而且綠茶非常解油膩,搭配鹹酥雞最適合不過。

雞屁股是我對老黃愛意的具體實現之一。話說認識他之前,誰要我吃雞屁股我就跟誰翻臉!!可老黃先生每次買鹹酥雞,一定點雞屁股,我從委婉拒絕(其實內心很嗤之以鼻)到想跟他培養共同喜好而嘗試一口後,花了好幾年,但這一口真是讓我驚為天人,原來雞屁股又名七里香不是浪得虛名,好香好酥好好吃。此後老黃買雞屁股都得買兩串,以免夫妻爭食而變臉(囧)。
炸去啃的雞屁股形狀不太一樣,原來是在炸之前會先將尾端劃開,讓皮下脂肪伴隨高溫油炸消失,難怪吃起來一點都不油膩。不敢吃雞屁股的人,一定要給炸去啃的雞屁股一次機會!

鹹酥雞我們點了招牌原味和義式,兩種都無骨,也都好吃。招牌原味是用白酒醃製,肉質鮮嫩外,咬起來有淡淡的蒜香。義式則是用紅酒醃製,馥郁的義式香料氣味,口感一樣軟嫩多汁。
