從知道島旬開始營運,我已經打電話、臉書傳訊訂了超過五次,通通都是「很抱歉,我們今天客滿喔!!」就在我決定嘗試最後一次的傳出臉書訊息後,想到放連假的勞工賦閒在家,不如請他打電話,就將訂位電話line給他。半個小時後我收到又是客滿的回訊,正打算line老黃讓他別浪費時間打電話了,竟然看他line來「已經訂好,12點兩位」。看來老黃不僅是我們家的找東西之神,也是訂位之神哪。

老闆曾經在大億麗緻日式料理部門服務過,為更瞭解土地與食物的關係,特地去苗栗銅鑼的續緣自然農場打工換宿,從頭開始學習種稻,店內使用的米就是他參與種植。看起來很年輕的老闆,對於食材與料理非常有堅持,店內用的餐具也大多是他親自至日本挑選帶回,有機會到店裡用餐可以跟他多聊聊,很有收穫呢。
