文化中心旁的崇明路上,我們經常購買的黃家豬心附近,一月底開了一家新麵館--「作夥呷麵館Zhe Hui Jia」。

店名就讓人覺得有點促咪,雖然賣的是傳統麵攤常見的麵、飯、湯跟小菜,帶點文青風的裝潢跟一般麵店大異其趣,開幕以來口碑不錯,用餐時間,一位難求哪。

生蛋黃加分不少,老黃非常喔落,一直說這味國中生會很愛。作夥呷麵館的米飯非常好吃,我特地請教他們用那種米?老闆說是跟朋友的米舖直接進的。

肝連湯。肝連是跟豬肝相連帶筋膜的肉,是黑白切裡常見的菜色,做成湯也不錯,但我還是喜歡白切沾醬油膏佐薑絲。

後來又端上大陸妹,我們才發現菠菜是上錯了,老闆回廚房確認點菜單後,頻頻道歉說菠菜送我們吃。我忘記交代燙青菜不要淋肉燥,所以這青菜我吃不了幾口(囧)。

打卡送紅茶。單點一杯20元,官方粉絲頁上說作夥呷紅茶是由台南知名茶飲公館手作技術指導,果然非常好喝,等天熱時應該會經常去外帶一杯。不過紅茶每日限量,希望以後不要喝不到啊。
