日本是相當保守的國家,本來就不太能接受外國人,聽領隊分享緩慢為實現到薰衣草故鄉開民宿的夢想,從購買民宿到食材、物料採購、融入當地生活的過程,實在是一迢迢艱辛長路。我們現在能坐在舒適空間裡,享用豐盛「山月慢食」,真的要謝謝緩慢團隊的努力。管家們用北海道豐富物產變化出的山珍海味,好看又好吃,連續兩晚,除了水果,其他菜色都不一樣呢!我們先來「視吃」第一晚的山月慢食吧。

這一套健康不油膩的餐點吃下來大約八分飽,稍晚還能吃在美瑛超市採購的宵夜,太完美了。跟台灣的緩慢一樣,強烈建議不要只將緩慢當成睡覺的地方,錯過緩慢的「山月慢食」實在太可惜了。
